FrondoTerms of Service
Effective November 3, 2026
These terms cover your use of Frondo, an AI phone receptionist service for automotive window tint and paint protection film shops, operated by Musaab Jawed Mohammed, a sole proprietor based in Dallas, TX ("Frondo", "we"). By using Frondo you agree to these terms.
The service
Frondo answers calls forwarded to it on a Shop's behalf, tells callers it is an AI assistant, gives price ranges only from the Shop's own price list, collects callback details, and alerts the Shop. Frondo does not book appointments or make promises on a Shop's behalf. Price ranges are estimates; the Shop confirms final prices.
Shop responsibilities
- Give us accurate services, prices, hours, and answers to common questions, and keep them current.
- Follow the laws that apply to your calls and customers, including call recording and consent laws.
- Keep dashboard logins private and tell us if you think an account has been misused.
Availability
We work to keep Frondo running at all times, but phone networks, AI providers, and the internet can fail. If Frondo can't answer, calls fall back to the Shop's phone or voicemail where set up. We are not liable for missed calls or lost business caused by outages.
SMS terms
- Program: Frondo Call Alerts. Text messages to Shop owners and staff about calls Frondo answered for their Shop, such as new leads, urgent callers, and transfer attempts.
- Opt-in: you choose to receive alerts by submitting the form on our SMS Alerts page or the same opt-in in the Frondo dashboard. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with the number of calls your Shop receives.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts. You will get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact hello@frondo.net.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Payment
Pilots are free for the period agreed in writing. Paid plans, prices, and billing terms are set out in your order or invoice. You can cancel at the end of any billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use Frondo for anything illegal, to mislead callers, or to send messages people didn't agree to receive.
Disclaimers and limits
Frondo is provided "as is". AI can mishear or misunderstand callers; Shops should review leads before acting on them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Either side can end the service with notice; we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy afterwards.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
